Christmas trip. Review of Hotel Riu Republica. Reviewed 28 December 2021. My fiancé and I just returned from a week at the Riu Republica, we stayed December 20th-27th. I have good and bad things to say about this hotel. First, the good…the restaurant and bar staff are top notch! Riu Republica review - Sunwing Aug 4-11th out of Montreal Transfer: Bus shuttled us from the plane to the terminal where we waited through a winding line to get through to customs (took about an hour). There’s an e ticket firm to fill out prior to travel. Used Nexus Tours, organized by Sunwing, to get from the airport to the hotel.

Omaya made my stay at RIU Republica very memorable, she was kind, attentive, and sympathetic to my concerns. My new room was amazing, she informed the staff it was my birthday and they ensured my room was lively.
